There are so many more to come. We are still working out the details but I promise you will not be disappointed to stay tuned!

Heres my recap of Winter 2010 Market (I wish I had images to show of all the awesome furniture and decorator items I saw but my camera broke on the trip so please try to imagine) dont worry some of the new items will be up on the website within this month:

NEW STYLE TRENDS:
* Sustainability is at the forefront of everyone's mind. Everywhere I looked, eco-friendly furniture was proudly displayed. Organic shapes and motifs, natural bleached wood branches, reclaimed wood, peat woven lamps, now made with high style and added value bonus as well.
* Subdued Colors: lots of whites, grays, ivory. paired with simple washed woods.
* Color POP: TURQUOISE = this is this season's main color. Its easy to add a little color "POP" to your space, bring in a cute pillow, plate, glass mug, or decorator items, without breaking your bank. Turquoise perfectly pairs up with this seasons subdued colors and dark woods.
* METALLIC, this is a wonderfully refreshing new trend, glits and glamor was found in french designer's display, in rugs, and other furniture items. woven into upholstery, embossed into leathers, speckled into paint you will find it everywhere.
* Crocodile Embossed Leathers: this was especially prominent everywhere I looked. especially in dining chairs and accent chairs. This is a GREAT new and trendy item to have! Ill definitely be adding these to our collection. Especially hot in WHITE Patent and RED!

My highlight was actually having the opportunity to see Ms. Kathy Ireland and Mr. Angelo Surmelis (HGTV) speak on their take on being Eco Friendly. Frankly through all the cliches and standards everyone tries to adhere to, you cannot live a 100% eco-friendly lifestyle. That is what I enjoyed about these two designers / celebrities, they try their best in doing the right thing for the environment, make the right choices in the materials that we consume, dispose of, mind our carbon footprints and think of new and affordable ways of being GREEN. All we can do is do our best.
